&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Visto lo solicitado por el Delegado Municipal de Saavedra y el informe producido por el Contador Municipal, que corren agregados al presente expediente, el Intendente Municipal en uso de sus facultades:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D E C R E T A<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Art. 1\u00ba&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ll\u00e1mase a <strong><em>Licitaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica N\u00ba 01\/2025 <\/em><\/strong>para la <strong><em>\u201cConcesi\u00f3n y Explotaci\u00f3n de kiosco ubicado en el Boulevard de la calle Cornelio Saavedra y Lavalle de la ciudad de Saavedra\u201d,<\/em><\/strong>.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Art. 2\u00ba&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Los interesados podr\u00e1n adquirir el Pliego de Bases y Condiciones en la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal, hasta el 26 de noviembre de 2025, por un valor de Pesos Diez Mil ($10.000,00).-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Art. 3\u00ba&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Las ofertas ser\u00e1n recibidas en Mesa de Entradas de la Municipalidad hasta el 28 de noviembre de 2025, a las 09,00 hs.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Art. 4\u00ba&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; La apertura de las ofertas se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en la Oficina de Compras, el 28 de noviembre de 2025, a las 10,00 hs.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Art. 5\u00ba&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Comun\u00edquese, t\u00f3mese nota por la Oficina de Compras, publ\u00edquese en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial de la P.B.A., Direcci\u00f3n de Comunicaci\u00f3n y Prensa, d\u00e9se al Registro de Decretos y cumplido, arch\u00edvese.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DECRETO N\u00ba 1339\/2025.-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
